Goats are a good way of keeping the grass down if you have no lovely flowers to protect, goats would rather eat the flowers!
Gardening is hard work, I particularly hate to have to mow the lawns but pulling weeds is quite pleasant, mostly I like watching the flowers grow!.

My lawn needs mowing, too. And I have a fine crop of dandelions just itching to go to seed. But it won’t stop raining long enough to mow.

Hey there, just thought I had to go check here as I was weeding out extinct contacts on my Flickr account and found a certain Todd who had uploaded four pictures, the latest (a little boy dressed up as a Ninja or Jedi or whatever) about five years ago. Everything alright over there?

Oh, and biking in Holland is safe. We have bicycle lanes. (It’s just that the regular Dutch bike is not safe at all but never mindt that…)

I hate mowing the lawn too, and I have a sitting mower so I don’t need to push, but still, it sucks. I would be happy with just a balcony overlooking a park or something.

My garden is begining to look a mess. Lets face it, I’m too old and decrepid to do much now! My lawn has turned from velvety green to a sea of yellow; covered in dandelions!

Our lawnmower is a gibbering wreck after being badly mistreated by Bear. It’s being repaired and will be in ‘lawnmower hospital’ for a good ten days. When it comes home I may have to mow the grass myself.
